## Description

Mastercard is seeking a Director, Product Management for its Mastercard Send product, a near real-time funding and push-to-card platform. The successful candidate will oversee and execute the Send product strategy, manage the product roadmap, devise go-to-market and marketing strategies, and ensure delivery of new customer programs.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee Send product strategy, roadmap, marketing, and go-to-market in North America

- Drive P&L results

- Leverage market intelligence and insights to evolve Send product, value proposition, and drive innovations

- Develop and launch new use cases

- Provide thought leadership on product positioning

- Drive share and revenue growth

- Devising and executing marketing strategy with measurable results

- Partner across the organization to create bundles and synergy

- Support key deal processes

- Product lead for key CAM segment

Requirements:

- 8-10 years of experience, preferably in payments

- Experience in managing digital payments products, especially in fast payments

- Strong strategic thinker with a track record of developing innovative products or solutions with notable results

- Creative and curious with strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Executive presence and influencing skills

- Ability to embrace ambiguity and challenges
