## Description

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to join our team as an Argos Store Manager, located inside a Sainsbury's supermarket in Ascot, Berkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, driving store performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Job Responsibilities**

- Create and lead a high-performing team, acting as a role model by prioritizing customer needs

- Drive business performance, plans, and actions, celebrating successes and developing team members

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, using insights to inform decision-making

- Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively

- Plan and organize resources to meet business objectives

**Requirements**

- Proven experience in managing a fast-paced retail operation, delivering results across service, sales, and team performance

- Strong coaching and communication skills, with the ability to support and challenge team members

- Commercial acumen and creative problem-solving skills

- Ability to navigate employee relations and apply HR policies consistently

- Experience in developing and supporting team performance and capability

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and focus teams during periods of change
