## Description

We are seeking a Manager, Geotechnical Engineering to lead our geotechnical engineering team in Stockholm, Uppsala, Gävle, and Västerås. As a group leader, you will divide your time between working on customer projects, leading your team members, and developing the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading a team of geotechnical engineers across multiple locations

- Developing and implementing business strategies to increase market share

- Building and maintaining customer relationships

- Ensuring the competence supply of the group

- Collaborating with other department leaders to stimulate a positive work climate

- Working as a project leader, technical responsible, and/or project engineer/expert in geotechnical projects

Requirements:

- Academic education in a relevant field

- Extensive geotechnical experience in the construction industry

- Experience in consulting or contracting

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
