## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Lead Product Designer to join their team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

As a Lead Product Designer at EA, you will be a foundational member of the design team, owning outcomes, design practices, and quality standards across several vertical and horizontal teams. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, guiding problem exploration, achieving cross-organizational alignment, and shaping a culture of empowerment and design excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

- Owning design outcomes and practices for several teams, leading solution discovery and delivery

- Applying problem-solving frameworks and people-centered principles to guide the team

- Designing experiments to test hypotheses and validate assumptions

- Creating compelling visual and written documentation to communicate design rationale

- Providing clear direction across teams and self-directing on initiatives

The ideal candidate will have:

- 8-12 years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI, or related fields

- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead meetings and persuade stakeholders

- A deep understanding of human-centered design principles and experience designing experiments

- Experience navigating ambiguity and tactical trade-offs in a fast-paced environment

- Proven experience independently owning design outcomes and practices for a dedicated team or complex platform features
