## Description

We are seeking a Director, Financial Transformation and Business Support to join our team in Shanghai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Developing financial transformation and IT planning based on the company's financial strategy

- Identifying key areas for improvement and creating a GenAI construction plan for finance

- Collaborating with relevant departments to drive the implementation of financial transformation and IT planning

- Managing project initiation, resource allocation, and implementation for financial transformation projects

- Establishing project management mechanisms and promoting agile methods to improve project execution efficiency

- Overseeing employee development and team culture within the financial management department

- Continuously improving efficiency within the financial management department

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, Finance, or related fields

- At least 8 years of experience in project management, process optimization, and reengineering, with 2 years of team management experience

- Familiarity with the business model and management characteristics of the insurance industry

- Professional certifications such as CPA, project management certifications, or Six Sigma Green Belt are preferred
