## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled UI Designer to join our team in Hangzhou, China.

As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for defining and managing the visual style and UI design for PC, mobile, and web products.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and maintaining the overall visual style and UI design for PC, mobile, and web products

- Creating design methods and guidelines to ensure a consistent user experience across products and services

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, development, and project management teams

- Optimizing project processes and design procedures to establish design standards and promote unified product design

- Providing professional opinions and insights on product and business planning

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Visual Communication, Art Design, Fine Arts, or related fields

- At least 5 years of experience in mobile and PC product design, with a strong background in visual design and UI design

- Proficiency in design software and ability to create dynamic UI effects

- Experience in managing large-scale projects, creating component libraries, and establishing design specifications

- Strong knowledge of market research, user story design, agile product development, user experience, and user interface design

- Excellent aesthetic and analytical skills, with the ability to propose creative design solutions

- Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical health industry is preferred

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
