## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café in Oxford, a busy and dynamic environment where customers come to relax and recharge.

As a Customer Assistant, you will be a brand ambassador, providing excellent customer service, making food and drink recommendations, and ensuring the café operates smoothly, even during peak periods.

Key responsibilities include:

- being digitally confident and using our tools to take and fulfil orders efficiently

- maintaining high food safety standards while managing orders and queues

- delivering quality service under pressure, focusing on customer satisfaction

- supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture

- adapting quickly to changing situations and working flexibly as needed

This is a part-time, seasonal role, working Saturday from 11:30am to 6:00pm and Sunday from 11:00am to 5:30pm. During the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December, you may be required to work up to full-time hours.
