## Description

Salesforce is seeking an Imaging Production Lead, Global Design Production to join their Global Brand & Creative team in Mexico City. As a global, internal creative agency, they have been building a scalable content production studio. The successful candidate will work closely with the Studio Manager and project manager to intake project requests, build production-ready files for events and digital demand gen, and ensure all final assets are properly prepared and uploaded to the internal DAM.

**Responsibilities:**

- Work closely with project managers and project requestors to understand project scope and ask pertinent questions when needed

- Build print mechanicals using Adobe Indesign and Illustrator, preparing all files for the printer following CMYK specifications and printer specifications

- Deliver pixel-perfect, production-ready files for events and digital demand gen, across a range of media formats

- Take existing concepts and lay them out in various formats with a strong visual aesthetic

- Ensure all final assets are properly prepared and uploaded to the internal DAM

- Manage multiple projects at one time

- Be highly proactive, communicative, and focused on delivering on deadlines

**Requirements:**

- BA or BFA in Marketing, Design or related field

- Extensive experience in design, production or related field

- Experience working in digital design and production at an internal marketing organization or advertising agency environment

- Deep understanding of creative production processes across digital & print formats

- Print experience is essential

- Experience managing internal client relationships and agencies

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English

- 8 years of industry or related creative experience

- Expert knowledge of creative software tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and Canva
