## Description

As a Supermarket Assistant at Waitrose & Partners in Ipswich, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Replenishing stock to maintain full shelves and ensuring products are in the correct location

- Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery

- Reducing waste by monitoring product expiration dates and applying markdowns

- Supporting the wider shop team with various tasks, including checkout support and managing Click & Collect orders

- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment

The role requires excellent communication skills to work effectively as part of a team and with customers.

In terms of compensation, you will earn £13.00 per hour, increasing to £13.25 after 90 days. Additionally, any time worked between 22:00 and 06:00 will attract a Night Premium of £3.75 per hour.

The role is temporary, with various part-time schedules available, up to 30 hours per week, across seven days, including weekends.
