### Job Overview

The Manager – HR Learning & Development role focuses on setting up the Meesho Academy to build employee capabilities aligned with the company's long-term vision.

### Key Responsibilities

- Conduct needs assessments using data and stakeholder inputs to identify program requirements.

- Design and develop programs, including on-the-job development, learning from others, and formal learning, potentially leveraging AI.

- Create AI-based programs for in-person and virtual training to upskill employees.

- Define key results (KRIs) to measure the impact of training programs on productivity and skill-building.

- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) related to employee experience, talent density, and manager capability.

### Requirements

- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources from a premium institute.

- 3+ years of experience in HR, consulting, or strategic roles.

- Strong understanding of multiple HR domains, including talent, rewards, culture, and organization design.

- Ability to specialize in one domain while maintaining an enterprise-level perspective.

- Strong analytical and structuring skills with the ability to anticipate second-order impacts.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Comfortable operating at a senior leadership level.

The role involves setting up the Meesho Academy, focusing initially on capability building for early career hires and upskilling the workforce on AI and future-aligned skills.
