## Description

As Manager of the EMEA Digital Natives Applied AI Architecture team, you'll drive adoption of frontier AI across Europe's fastest-growing technology companies. Your team makes Anthropic's products successful in production. You'll lead and grow a team of Applied AI Architects across EMEA, setting pre-sales standards, developing each person on the team, and acting as a technical lead on strategic European accounts.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and mentor a distributed team of Applied AI Architects

- Set goals and run performance reviews that drive growth and output

- Work directly with high-value EMEA digital-native customers on AI adoption strategy

- Partner with EMEA GTM leadership to understand customer requirements and co-build segment strategy

- Own the technical side of pre-sales, ensuring compelling demos and validated customer ROI

- Align cross-functional stakeholders across time zones and regions to drive business outcomes

- Travel regularly across EMEA for executive sessions, technical workshops, and relationship building

- Lead the vision and execution of solutions using Anthropic's latest models

- Represent Anthropic in the European tech community through conferences, meetups, webinars, and technical content

- Stay current on AI/ML developments and the competitive landscape in the European tech sector

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales technical role

- 3+ years of experience managing pre-sales or technical GTM teams across multiple EMEA markets

- Experience selling to and working with digital-native companies

- Familiarity with European tech company evaluation and procurement processes

- Deep technical proficiency with API integrations, production LLM use cases, and AI-powered system architecture

- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and LLM evaluation

- Strong executive presence and ability to build trust with CTOs and technical founders

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and coaching skills

Annual Salary: £190,000-£230,000 GBP
