We make health happen at Bupa, supporting those in need through person-centred care in our dedicated care homes. As a Registered Nurse - Bank at Staplehurst Manor Care Home, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care.

**Your Responsibilities:**

- Take responsibility for residents' well-being, meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs

- Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes

- Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans

- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure safety and conformity to standards

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**

- Valid NMC pin as a Registered Nurse

- Experience in ensuring high clinical standards and policies

- Confidence in offering clinical guidance and building connections with residents and families

- Effective communication and reporting skills

- Enhanced skills for night shifts, including critical thinking and self-reliance
