## Description

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team in Leeds. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 350 colleagues, driving business performance, and delivering a welcoming shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Set the culture: Create an inclusive, high-performing environment where colleagues feel supported, valued, and listened to.

- Lead from the front: Spend time on the shop floor and across Market Street, coaching your team, keeping standards high, and making sure our foodmaker credentials shine.

- Develop future talent: Build a strong succession plan by coaching, mentoring, and developing your management team to become the future leaders of our business.

- Drive sales and standards: Keep your store safe, legal, and clean while looking at commercial data to spot opportunities, manage costs, and keep shelves well-stocked.

- Connect with the community: Partner with your local area, empowering Community Champions and tailoring your store to make good things happen locally.
