## Description

TaskUs is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team and drive business results through innovative solutions. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring KPIs are met consistently, developing employees to reach their full potential, and creating a culture of awareness and prevention.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of related working experience in customer experience operations and management, strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy. You will be able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and lead a team to achieve targets.

As an Operations Manager at TaskUs, you will have the opportunity to work on campaigns that may include disturbing content, such as child exploitation and abuse, animal torture, gang violence, murder, and hate speech.
