## Description

The Banker Support - PBWM role provides operating and administrative support to senior leaders, shaping and executing long-term strategic change while navigating complex challenges.

**Accountabilities:**

- Implement the Target Operating Model, business development, and resource allocation, providing strategic insight and thought leadership.

- Offer strategic support and oversight of the demand pipeline and book of work, including assistance in developing and executing strategic initiatives.

- Support operational efficiency and colleague/customer experience within the organisation.

- Manage the people plan, talent development, and succession planning.

- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and manage communication channels.

- Participate in compliance activities and support crisis management and risk mitigation.

- Manage organisational requirements relating to technology, real estate, people, and communications.

- Enable oversight of risk management and compliance with internal and external requirements.

- Control costs and manage the workforce, including financial analysis and planning.

**Basic/Essential Qualifications:**

- Provide business development intelligence through desktop research and market tools.

- Conduct market, geographical, and financial research.

- Create benchmarks based on accounting and financial concepts.

- Enhance the conversion of sales pitches into actual deals and customer acquisition.

- Liaise with key business stakeholders to ensure understanding of the value derived from analysis.

- Support deep-dive analysis and suggestions on client portfolios.

- Ensure strong governance, financial discipline, and adherence to control frameworks.

**Desirable Skillsets/Good to Have:**

- Ability to process, synthesise, and execute large data sets into actionable insights.

- Experience devising and executing business strategy.

- Significant Private Bank & Wealth Management industry experience.

- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent written, analytical, and presentation skills.
