## Description

We're seeking a talented paralegal to support our in-house legal department. You'll provide critical support across contracts, corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, and legal operations.

Responsibilities:

- Draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

- Manage compliance for commercial and corporate agreements.

- Support corporate governance, entity management, and regulatory filings.

- Develop and implement processes to streamline legal operations and integrate technology tools.

- Be a team player and assist with any task in the legal department.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required.

- Strong sense of ownership, inquisitive, and enthusiastic about technology.

- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and demonstrate sound judgment under pressure.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.

- Team-first player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Tech-savvy with an understanding or keen interest in emerging technologies like AI.

- Notary registration or a strong interest in obtaining certification is desirable.

Compensation and Benefits:

- $100,000 - $150,000 USD
