We are seeking an experienced professional to join our specialised team providing services to insurance companies as a Team Leader Motor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating a team of claims handlers, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). They will also actively participate in managing complex cases.

**Main Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate and supervise a team of motor claims handlers

- Monitor productivity, quality, and management time indicators

- Manage and resolve operational incidents

- Handle comprehensive motor claims processing

- Manage CICOS, SDM, and conventional agreement files

- Process material damage claims

- Manage and track bodily injury claims

- Control and validate medical expenses and other related damages

- Manage recoveries and reimbursements

- Handle international claims

- Manage module compensation and processes between insurance entities

- Liaise with insured parties, mediators, experts, workshops, suppliers, and insurance companies

- Prepare activity reports and portfolio tracking

- Participate in continuous improvement projects and process optimisation

**Requirements:**

- University or professional education related to Insurance, Law, Business Administration, or similar (desirable)

- Specific education in insurance and claims management (desirable)

**Experience:**

- Minimum 7 years of experience in motor claims handling

- Demonstrable experience in:

- CICOS agreement

- SDM system

- Conventional management

- Own damage

- Bodily injuries

- Medical expenses

- Recoveries

- International claims

- Module compensation

- Previous experience in coordinating teams or acting as a technical reference

**Technical Knowledge:**

- Broad knowledge of Spanish insurance sector regulations and procedures

- Understanding of agreements between insurers

- Ability to analyse liability and coverage

- Familiarity with claims management platforms

- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

**Desirable:**

- Experience in an insurance company or Third-Party Administrator (TPA) services

- Operational knowledge of insurance entity processes beyond claims management

- Professional English language skills

**Job Objective:**

Ensure efficient and technically excellent management of the assigned motor claims portfolio, leading the claims team and acting as a reference interlocutor for insurance companies, while guaranteeing compliance with committed quality and service standards.
