## Description

We are seeking a Cafe Manager to lead our team in Paignton, Devon. As a Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, managing your team, and driving performance.

Responsibilities:

- Put customers first: Empower your team to deliver friendly, attentive service, listening to customer feedback to make sure our Café is always a warm, welcoming place to pop by.

- Lead and support your team: Manage shift rotas, attendance, and talent development, delivering training so colleagues have the confidence to succeed and grow.

- Drive performance and standards: Lead an encouraging, performance-driven department, guiding colleagues to work with purpose against all operational and sales targets.

- Keep operations running smoothly: Plan resources thoroughly, manage daily team routines, and build strong working relationships with other store departments.
