## Compensation

The salary range for this role is $121K – $185K, with equity and bonus options available.

## How you'll make impact

As a Revenue Systems Manager, Growth, you'll drive scalable revenue growth across Airwallex's business divisions by improving revenue systems, data, integrations, and automations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Partnering with Revenue, Marketing, Data, and Product teams to shape scalable revenue-system design and translate complex business requirements into flexible solutions.

- Managing the go-to-market technology stack, supporting ad hoc queries, and training teams on best practices.

- Leading process-optimisation initiatives across the commercial organisation, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and operational impact.

- Communicating clear recommendations to senior stakeholders, including the CRO and Regional General Managers.

## What we're looking for

### Essentials

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent, with demonstrated academic achievement.

- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems design and administration, or IT transformations.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Permission Sets, and Object Schema.

- A strong ownership mentality and self-starter attitude.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.

### Preferred

- Experience working in a high-growth technology company.

- Hands-on experience with the Salesforce technology stack, including Apex, LWC, or Visualforce.

- Hands-on experience building with AI.
