## Description

Join CVS Health as a Retail Store Associate in Millbury, MA, and play a meaningful role in shaping the future of health care. As a Retail Store Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service, accurately handle cashier duties, maintain the sales floor, and support opening and closing store activities.

Responsibilities:

- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues

- Focus on customers by giving warm and friendly greetings and offering help locating items

- Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions

- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information

- Support opening and closing store activities, as needed

- Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty

- Assist pharmacy personnel, as needed

- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements:

- At least 16 years of age

- Ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods

- Ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs of force occasionally

- Visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal and reading

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
