## Description

Prudential is seeking a Senior Executive for New Business Administration. You will process new insurance proposals according to set guidelines and regulations, work closely with internal and external stakeholders, and deliver high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

- Process new insurance proposals according to set guidelines and regulations

- Provide support and services to Financial Consultants on new business matters

- Handle appeals and cases escalated from complaints

- Identify areas for improving efficiency and customer centricity in the application process

- Execute day-to-day new business submissions, including end-to-end processing

- Seek continuous improvements in own area of expertise

Requirements:

- Prior experience in the insurance industry is required

- Prior experience in New Business Admin is an added advantage

- Knowledge of insurance laws and regulations

- Good understanding of insurance products

- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills

- Confident in problem-solving and decision-making

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Ability to communicate ideas clearly

- Good process and business understanding of all sections within New Business

- Diploma or degree in any discipline

- English language proficiency
