## Description

Mastercard is seeking an Analyst, Product Delivery to join their team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The successful candidate will work across Latin America and the Caribbean to help bring new products to market, perform product readiness assessments, and manage pilots and special projects.

Responsibilities:

- Execute project initiatives and develop quantitative/qualitative reports

- Ensure alignment across project work streams to identify and integrate dependencies

- Assist in market readiness analysis and escalate issues

- Assess and document customer needs and impact of implementation on business and technical processes

- Provide input on enhancing infrastructure and tools to support customer implementation

- Define and document standard and non-standard customer implementation processes

- Lead assigned product delivery projects to meet contractual objectives, delivery on-time, and revenue goals

- Act as central point of contact for customers and/or Mastercard customer representatives

- Ensure resolution of day-to-day technical/operational issues related to assigned delivery projects

Requirements:

- Background and experience in payments or financial technology

- Strong client management, business development, or sales experience

- Ability to understand customer and constituent needs, marketplace dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape

- Experience in managing a commercial program with an issuer a plus

- Commercially savvy with negotiation skills

- Leadership skills to identify opportunities internally and externally

- Strong financial acumen and ability to perform quantitative analysis

- Excellent writing and presentation skills

- Team player with influencing skills

- Self-starter able to work under limited supervision

- Prior knowledge of the payments business environment in Latin America a plus

- Bachelor's Degree required

- Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
