## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation team at Medical Plaza NW Greensboro. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide patient care assessment and treatment, ensuring comprehensive and functional evaluations and treatments according to the Standard of Practice.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide patient care assessment and treatment

- Maintain accurate patient documentation

- Meet department financial and productivity standards

- Participate in process management to optimize quality and efficiency of services

- Promote professional development and education of other healthcare workers

- Supervise physical therapy and physical therapy assistant students

- Communicate in a professional and timely manner with patients, physicians, staff, and external customers

- Provide appropriate patient care in accordance with age/developmental guidelines

- Adhere to general hospital standards to promote a cooperative work environment

**Requirements:**

- Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in North Carolina

- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited physical therapy school

- CPR certification required every two years
