## Description

As a Full-Time Merchandiser, you will support strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts.

Your main responsibilities will include:

**SALES SUPPORT**

- Merchandising products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults, and coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.

- Rotating products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.

- Pulling and reporting any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.

- Ensuring all cold equipment, racks, and other point of sale materials are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.

- Maintaining clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.

- Supporting in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.

**COMMUNICATION**

- Collaborating with Account Sales Managers or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs.

- Building and maintaining positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.

**REQUIREMENTS**

- A valid US Driver's License

- Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Experience in merchandising is a plus

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English language skills; additional languages an advantage
