## Description

CoreWeave is seeking a Manager, Energy & Power Transaction Management to oversee transaction management, operational execution, and lifecycle management for its power and energy procurement activities.

The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in energy transaction management, middle office operations, power procurement, or a related field. They will be responsible for managing energy transactions, contracts, and relationships with external counterparties.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing energy transaction and data platforms

- Overseeing end-to-end transaction management of energy and power procurement agreements

- Ensuring contractual terms are accurately reflected in internal systems and workflows

- Developing and maintaining transaction reporting and portfolio dashboards

- Assisting with origination and negotiation of new transactions

- Managing ongoing administration of energy contracts

- Monitoring compliance with contractual obligations

- Designing and implementing middle office controls and processes

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Treasury, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Data Center Operations

The base salary range for this role is $143,000 to $210,000. CoreWeave prioritizes a hybrid work environment, but remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office.
