We are seeking a highly motivated, self-sufficient, and versatile Benefits Generalist to serve as the primary on-site benefits resource for our Arsenal-1 production facility.

As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

The Benefits Generalist will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, communication, and local support of all employee benefits programs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Serving as the primary point of contact for all benefits-related inquiries from employees at our Arsenal-1 production facility,

- Conducting new hire benefits orientations, open enrollment meetings, and ad-hoc informational sessions for various shifts,

- Proactively developing and disseminating benefits communications tailored to Arsenal-1's culture and communication methods,

- Assisting employees with navigating benefits portals, completing enrollment processes, and understanding their options during qualifying life events,

- Acting as a local advocate for employees, troubleshooting and resolving moderate to complex benefit issues with vendors and the broader Benefits Team,

- Managing the full cycle of benefits administration for Arsenal-1 employees, including enrollments, changes, terminations, etc.,

- Ensuring timely and accurate data entry into HRIS and benefits administration systems,

- Assisting with the reconciliation of benefits invoices, audits, and enrollment discrepancies,

- Maintaining strict confidentiality of employee information and benefits records,

- Staying informed of federal, state, and local benefits regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA), ensuring local compliance,

- Acting as the 'eyes and ears' on the ground, providing valuable feedback and insight to the broader Benefits Team regarding employee needs, sentiment, and the effectiveness of current programs,

- Supporting the Benefits Team with the planning and execution of annual open enrollment, wellness initiatives, and other company-wide benefits projects,

- Collaborating with local People Business Partners, Benefits Team, Environmental Health & Safety team, and other various stakeholders to ensure a seamless high-quality employee experience.

Required qualifications include:

- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in benefits administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment supporting a large employee population,

- Experience supporting employees in a manufacturing/production, industrial, or multi-shift environment,

- Solid understanding of common benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k/retirement plans),

- Working knowledge of federal and state regulations pertaining to benefits (e.g., FMLA, ACA, ERISA, HIPAA),

- Willing and able to work on-site at our Arsenal-1 facility in Ashville, Ohio five days per week,

- Demonstrated ability to articulate complex benefits information clearly and concisely to a diverse workforce, including hourly and salaried employees, both individually and in group settings,

- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and take initiative without constant oversight,

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve benefits issues effectively,

- Demonstrated proficiency with HRIS and benefits administration systems (experience with Rippling is a plus).

Preferred qualifications include:

- Experience working on a geographically dispersed team,

- Ability to travel to various locations as needed.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $76,000-$101,000 USD, as well as top-tier benefits for full-time employees, including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, income protection, generous time off, caregiver and wellness leave, family planning and parenting support, mental health resources, professional development, commuter benefits, relocation assistance, and a retirement savings plan.
