As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ZoomInfo, you'll play a pivotal role in driving and executing our talent acquisition strategy and attracting top sales talent to fuel our growth and innovation.

**Responsibilities**

- Take an advisory approach with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives and support our growth initiatives.

- Lead with data and provide hiring managers accurate and timely updates on position activity, track talent acquisition metrics and report trends and issues to TA leadership, providing recommendations for improvement.

- Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for sales roles across various departments and geographies within our Sales/Go-to-Market (CRO) organization.

- Proactively source, attract, and engage top sales talent through various channels, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and online platforms/tools.

- Drive candidate engagement and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance.

- Gain understanding and visibility of internal talent pipeline by partnering with HRBP’s and/or organizational leaders.

- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their experience and overall fit.

- Manage relationships with hiring teams, ensuring alignment with our overall business goals and hiring standards.

- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition and recruitment marketing, leveraging insights to optimize our recruitment strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our employer brand, improve recruitment processes, and drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition practices.

- Handle specialty Talent Acquisition projects relative to the supported businesses.

**Requirements**

- 3+ years of experience in sales recruitment, preferably a combination of both agency and corporate experience including some experience in a fast-paced SaaS or technology-driven environment.

- 1+ year reporting experience relative to Talent Acquisition performance and metrics.

- Proven track record of success in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top sales talent.

- Excellent relationship management skills, ability to establish credibility, and partner with leaders to identify talent gaps, needs, risk and plans for actions.

- Strong understanding of sales skills and competencies required for roles such as Account Executive, Account Manager, and Sales Development.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to embody the ZoomInfo Core Values and clearly communicate the ZoomInfo EVP.

- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and sourcing platforms.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively, solve problems, tell a story using data and drive results in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
