## Description

We are seeking a Private Market Investment Analyst to support the Head of Alternative Investments in sourcing, evaluating, and executing private market investments across buyout, private credit, and real assets.

The successful candidate will independently manage due diligence and transaction processes on assigned deals, produce analyses, models, and portfolio reporting, and serve as a coordination point between investment counterparties, external advisers, and FWD's internal functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

- Independently managing investment due diligence and execution on assigned private market transactions

- Coordinating with internal and external counsel on negotiation and documentation of transaction agreements

- Designing and building detailed financial analyses and models

- Developing and maintaining portfolio projection and monitoring dashboards

- Coordinating complex investment processes end-to-end across investment counterparties, Group and local functional teams

- Training and reviewing the work of junior staff

The ideal candidate will have around 7 years of investment banking, transaction execution, or private market investment experience, with a degree in Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. A CFA charter, CAIA charter, or actuarial qualification is an advantage.

Required skills include working knowledge of private asset classes, corporate finance and valuation, financial modelling, transaction documentation, and data and reporting tools.
