## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Player Experience (PX) Researcher to join their team, focusing on enhancing the player experience in Apex Legends. The researcher will act as a strategic research partner to development teams, helping them understand player needs, motivations, and behaviours throughout the game development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with game teams to align research with franchise goals and strategies.

- Partner with diverse teams to create insights that influence franchise direction.

- Advocate for the player perspective by presenting player insights and recommended actions to game teams and leadership.

- Synthesise qualitative and quantitative data into compelling insights that clearly communicate player needs, pain points, motivations, and opportunities.

- Refine and enhance departmental research processes to increase efficiency and influence.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Market Research, Data Science, HCI), or equivalent industry experience.

- Experience leading research projects from planning to delivery.

- 3+ years of industry experience conducting user research across platforms.

- Team-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working across time zones and remotely.

- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methods.

- Strong understanding of FPS games and mechanics.
