## Description

Markit North America, Inc. seeks a Product Specialist, IT Service Operations to provide support and consultancy services to clients for resolution of software and data issues. The successful candidate will directly support regulated financial clients, ensuring accurate processing of corporate actions events, mitigating operational and compliance risk, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing support and consultancy services to clients for software and data issue resolution

- Ensuring accurate processing of corporate actions events impacting investor entitlements, settlement obligations, and regulatory reporting

- Performing root cause analysis, coordinating remediation with engineering teams, and implementing preventive controls

- Working with clients, product engineering, business analysis, and DBA teams to resolve issues

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related IT field

- Five years of experience in IT operations or a related occupation, including:

- Corporate actions lifecycle

- SWIFT ISO 15022 and/or ISO 20022 CA messages

- SQL for incident analysis, reporting, and data reconciliation

- Relational and non-relational databases

- Incident/Problem/Change processes

- Single Sign-On (SSO) user provisioning and access troubleshooting

- Securities processing and end-to-end position management

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $150,550 to $206,350.
