Amazon, the world's leading e-commerce company, is seeking a Team Lead for its Selling Partners management team. The successful candidate will drive business growth of existing Selling Partners on Souq.com Marketplace, utilizing various projects and programs.

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

- Managing and developing a team of account managers to deliver on financial goals for sales and program adoption

- Leading sales and business development conversations with Selling Partners

- Identifying key business opportunities and trends to ensure portfolio growth

- Improving the Marketplace business for all Selling Partners through scalable solutions

- Sharing learnings with global counterparts to drive best practices

- Defining ambitious plans and achieving tangible results

- Solving complex problems using structured thinking and data-driven insights

- Conducting deep dives to understand root causes of team performance and actions to accelerate growth

- Tracking and reporting business development results, analyzing data, and publishing recommendations

- Coaching and developing team members for long-term success
