## Description

As a Student Marketeer, you will build and execute smart sales and marketing plans to grow the Red Bull brand and product consumption within the student community and beyond.

Responsibilities:

- Be a Brand & Product Ambassador: Live and breathe the Red Bull brand personality and values, representing the brand in a premium way.

- Build and execute a tailored campus plan that engages students and brings the brand to life at your university.

- Create a strong network on and around your campus, establishing relationships with key local individuals.

- Identify local collegiate content creators and work with them to bring them into the World of Red Bull.

- Grow the user base through product sampling and answering consumer questions.

- Work at Red Bull events and activations to ensure an unforgettable brand experience.

- Build awareness and encourage participation in the World of Red Bull.

- Increase brand engagement on social media handles.

- Be a Sales Expert: Build relationships with local sales account managers and ensure Red Bull is available and visible in outlets.

- Collaborate with sales to open new distribution points.

- Leverage relevant assets to keep Red Bull top of mind in sales accounts.

- Ensure perfect execution of defined store standards.

- Executional Excellence: Deliver executional excellence and attention to detail in all areas of your role.

- Share ideas and collaborate with your team.

- Plan and report activities in the dedicated online platform.

- Contribute to business development by providing local insights and trends.

Requirements:

- At least 18 years old

- Valid US driver's license

- University or college enrollment required

- Fluent in English, additional languages an advantage

- Able to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings and weekends

- Immersed in student life with an understanding of the collegiate landscape

- Connected with diverse influential groups and individuals on campus

- Affinity for project management, sales, and winning

- Team player, willing to represent Red Bull with branded outfits

Hourly rate: $16.00/hour
