## Description

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.

We are seeking a Composite Technician to collaborate with the design and integration teams developing AI-controlled aerospace structures at our Morrisville, NC location.

**Responsibilities**

- Cut, lay-up, fabricate, cure, and assemble various types of composite products and assemblies.

- Exercise basic knowledge of the physical properties of materials such as thermosets, thermoplastics, and composites.

- Locate critical reference points and assure coordination of parts and subassemblies to exacting tolerances.

- Build laminated assemblies by determining proper placement and laying up composite plies and adhesives.

- Prepare parts for bagging and check seals on completed bagged parts for leaks.

- Set up assemblies and parts in processing and curing equipment.

- Operate oven controls to obtain and maintain proper temperature, pressure, and time cycle.

- Correct defects as required.

**Required Qualifications**

- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

- High School graduate or equivalent.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- 1-3 years of Composite Fabrication or equivalent experience.

- Experience collaborating cross-functionally.

- Polished communication and presentation skills.

- A bias towards action.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
