As a Registered Nurse at Bupa Puttenham Hill Care Home, you will play a pivotal role in delivering person-centred care, supporting independence, and honouring choice to help our residents live their best lives.

**Responsibilities:**

- Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met

- Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals

- Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for each resident

- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation

**Key Skills / Qualifications:**

- Valid NMC pin as a Registered Nurse

- Previous experience in ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard

- Confidence in offering clinical guidance for care teams and contributing to CQC tasks

- Strong communication and reporting skills

- Ability to build connections with residents and their families, providing kindness, support, and care

- Enhanced skills for night shifts, including critical thinking and self-reliance

**Contract Details:**

- Salary: £22.09 - £23.00 per hour

- Contracts available: 1x 18 hour contract (3x early shifts per week) and 1x 12 hour contract (1x night shift per week on alternate Sundays)
