## Description

Electronic Arts is looking for an Anticheat Engineer Intern to join their Game and Player Security team. As an intern, you will work on developing backend services, tools, and automated testing solutions to support game security and anti-cheat systems.

The ideal candidate will be enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, and will return to their program after the internship. You should have coursework or project experience in at least one modern programming language, such as Rust, C/C++ or Java, and be familiar with Git and basic software testing.

Responsibilities:

- Develop backend services, tools, and automated testing solutions that support game security and anti-cheat systems.

- Write, test, and review code with guidance from your mentor and team.

- Design and prototype backend applications, modules, and tools that help protect EA games against cheating.

- Work with APIs, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure to support scalable and reliable services.

- Debug issues and improve the reliability of the services you work on.

- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, design reviews, and demos.

- Present your project and its results to the Employee Experience Engineering team at the end of the internship.
