## Description

The Starting Hourly Rate is $18.50 USD per hour, with a Pay Range of $18.50 USD - $27.75 USD per hour.

As a Small Format Team Member at Target, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional guest experience. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Creating an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues promptly.

- Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.

- Adjusting to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience.

- Working in all departments to ensure the sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock for guests.

- Assisting with truck unload process and stocking product to the sales floor.

- Executing adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans for all departments.

- Conducting weekly price change workload and ensuring regular and promotional signing is set accurately for all departments.

- Completing scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy.

- Supporting execution of major transitions.

- Maintaining interior and exterior brand standards, including emptying garbage cans and attending to restroom cleanliness.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.

- The ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed.

- The capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

- The ability to work both independently and with a team.

- Attention to detail and the ability to follow multi-step processes.

As an On-Demand Team Member, you will have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members. You will be required to attend a Target Welcome orientation and commit to a short-term structured training schedule to ensure you are properly prepared for your new role.
