## Description

We are seeking an Assistant Accommodation Manager at our Ibis Paris Tour Eiffel Cambronne hotel, located in the heart of Paris.

As an Assistant Accommodation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the reception, reservations, and floor services.

Your main priorities will be:

- Providing exceptional service to our guests from arrival to departure

- Maintaining a positive team atmosphere and being attentive to the needs and desires of your colleagues

- Supervising the organization and quality of services offered by the reception, reservations, and floor teams

- Being accountable for the performance of your department and able to explain results

To be successful in this role, you should:

- Be attentive to others and the environment around you

- Be fluent in French and English, with a third language being an asset

- Have experience in management and enjoy listening to and guiding your team

- Be proficient in computer software such as Resaweb, Fols, Opera, and Microsoft Office
