## Description

We are seeking a Process Operator to join our team at Oatly AB's Millville location.

As a Process Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

- Build, maintain, and develop the quality system and HACCP work at the site

- Participate in LEAN/Improvement work

- Clean and verify equipment, follow Food Safety rules and Good Manufacture Practice

- Comply with GMPs, PPE, sanitation procedures, and food safety practices

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to process conditions to optimize plant operations

- Collect and test samples, perform basic laboratory testing, and take action based on results

- Maintain a clean facility, perform ATP swabbing, and adhere to safety standards

- Wear necessary personal protective equipment and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- 18 years or older, able to read, write, and speak English

- High school, GED, or equivalent diploma

- +1 year of Food or Process industry experience

- Technical orientation, experience with quality and HCCP, and training of co-workers

- IT competence: MS Office and ERP systems

- Social competence, ability to establish sound relationships, and work in a systematic, analytical, accurate, and structured way

- Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment

- Maintenance and mechanical knowledge, Lean/OPEX/Six sigma experience

- Ability to climb stairs and ladders, exert up to 50 pounds of force, and work in cold and hot environments

- Ability to be mobile and repeat motions
