## Description

We are looking for a Credit & Commercial Manager to lead our commercial & pricing strategy in our motor finance team, Autolend. As a Credit & Commercial Manager, you will own and optimise our pricing strategy, deciding how much we lend and at what rates to deliver sustainable growth.

You will enhance our customer journey, improving conversion and performance through both data insights and qualitative feedback. You will define and evolve a multi-channel commercial strategy that balances business growth with responsible lending.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Own and optimise our pricing strategy

- Enhance our customer journey

- Define and evolve a multi-channel commercial strategy

- Discover insights from datasets using Python and SQL

- Stay ahead of competitors by monitoring trends and acquisition channels

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and external partners

- Measure impact and refine strategies

To succeed, you will need:

- Daily coding experience with proficiency in Python and SQL

- Experience in credit risk or commercial strategy roles

- Strategic and analytical thinking

- Drive to deliver results

- Curious and collaborative approach
