## Description

We are seeking a nationwide Regional Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical field force, starting as soon as possible.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be a key link between the company's management, national sales management, sales teams, and target groups.

Your responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a team of pharmaceutical consultants to achieve sales targets

- Achieve sales growth for customer products among general practitioners, practitioners, and internists

- Plan, coordinate, and control field activities for your team

- Analyse KPIs to derive action plans for continuous development of sales areas

- Collaborate closely with sales management to ensure goal achievement

Requirements:

- Several years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical field force or relevant experience

- Necessary qualification according to §75 AMG to meet legal requirements in doctor's office sales

- Experience in modern leadership instruments and employee motivation

- Strong analytical skills and numerical affinity

- Performance-oriented and assertive with high motivation
