## Description

The Sofitel Agadir Thalassa Sea & Spa is a hotel located between dunes and oceans, offering 173 rooms with 3 restaurants and a thalassotherapy centre.

As a member of the Accor group, its core business lies in hospitality, food service, and accommodation.

Job Summary: You will be responsible for welcoming and supporting late-arriving or early-departing guests. You will ensure continuity of reception service with the same dynamism and courtesy as during the day. You will also contribute to the safety of people and property.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and build a warm relationship to foster loyalty

- Establish excellent relationships throughout their stay to contribute to their loyalty

- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes

- Record guest information in accordance with internal procedures

- Inform guests about their stay, formalities, and hotel services

- Handle cashiering, invoicing, and cash handling during your shift

- Control and close daily operations

- Ensure the security of people and property by following established procedures

- Familiarise yourself with hotel technical installations and security systems

- Monitor the night logbook and contact security services or on-duty managers as needed

- Prepare a nightly report of activities and incidents and brief the incoming team

- Regularly visit hotel areas (floors, garage, technical services)

Qualifications:

- Excellent presentation

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Good mastery of the Opera system

- Listening and anticipation skills

- Diplomacy and self-control

- Good French and English language skills
