## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Bolton Middlebrook. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.

**Work Pattern** Thursday 12:00-18:30 Saturday 12:00-18:30 _Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December._

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various store areas
