## Description

In this role, you'll help create an insight-driven culture across Red Bull by transforming shopper, category, and market intelligence into actionable commercial insights.

Working with global Sales teams and external insight partners, you'll identify emerging trends, develop thought leadership, and translate data into compelling recommendations that strengthen customer partnerships and unlock growth opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and managing strong relationships with external insight partners, leading contract negotiations, and driving ongoing engagement with global insight tools and platforms

- Identifying business knowledge gaps and transforming complex shopper, consumer, category, and market data into actionable commercial insights

- Developing thought leadership content, insightful reports, presentations, webinars, and frameworks that support strategic decision-making and unlock growth opportunities across markets

- Turning insights into compelling commercial narratives that inspire action, working closely with global and local Sales teams

- Communicating complex insights in a clear and engaging way, delivering impactful presentations, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the business

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- 2-3 years of experience in FMCG, ideally within Shopper Insights, Category Management, Market Research, or a similar insights-driven function

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with multiple data and insight sources, identify key findings, and translate them into actionable commercial recommendations

- Experience in managing insights and thought leadership projects, with strong project management, planning, and organisational skills

- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and influence stakeholders at different levels

- Fluent English skills; additional languages such as German are an advantage

The minimum salary for this position is €2,362 gross per month, although the actual compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is significantly above the stated minimum.
