At Polestar, we're looking for a Global Key Account Manager to accelerate our global fleet and business sales. As a key member of our Global Sales team, you'll be responsible for managing a defined portfolio of global accounts, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, and driving commercial growth across multiple regions.

Working closely with local Fleet Sales teams, you'll expand our global key account footprint and position Polestar as a preferred partner for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving global key account sales performance across assigned accounts and markets

- Leading and managing relationships with global customers, leasing companies, and key stakeholders

- Acting as the single point of contact for global tenders and customer engagements

- Coordinating with HQ, regional, and local teams to deliver a consistent commercial approach

- Analyzing market trends, competitor positioning, and customer requirements

- Developing and submitting competitive commercial proposals and bespoke terms

- Organizing and facilitating vehicle demonstrations and customer presentations

- Maintaining accurate customer data, pipeline, and activity tracking in Salesforce

- Building and maintaining long-term strategic partnerships across markets

- Acting as a brand ambassador for Polestar in all customer interactions

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Minimum 3 years' experience in fleet sales, B2B sales, or account management

- Strong understanding of tender processes and framework agreements

- Proven experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce

- Experienced in working in an international, multicultural environment

- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

- Well-connected within relevant stakeholder networks (e.g. corporate clients, leasing companies)

- Ability to work independently in a remote, global setup

- Fluency in English (apart from your native language)
