## Description

Trove Brands is a privately-held house of brands that designs and simplifies everyday life with innovative products.

As a Current Products Mechanical Engineer, you will maintain current product lines, monitor product reviews and feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage tooling for all products after initial product release

- Develop and approve capacity tooling with forecasting and purchasing teams

- Monitor product quality metrics and implement improvements

- Engage with factories to resolve quality issues

- Provide regular feedback to the product team

- Participate in mechanical engineering evaluation and testing

- Utilize best-in-class tools to develop innovative mechanical solutions

- Protect company intellectual property through design and patent application processes

Required qualifications:

- B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering

- 5-10 years of relevant experience in mechanical and/or product design development

- Proficient in 3D CAD modeling/design

- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of materials properties and fabrication processes

- Working understanding of principals of reliability testing, design of experiments, materials and process

Desired qualifications:

- Consumer goods experience

- Specific experience in SolidWorks
