## Description

We are seeking a Project Manager (Creative Team) to support the Senior Manager, APAC Creative Operations in ensuring work moves efficiently through the in-house agency.

The successful candidate will provide operational execution across traffic management, workflow coordination, capacity planning, delivery tracking and day-to-day stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating the day-to-day movement of creative work from intake through delivery across Creative Services, Video Production and marketing

- Maintaining a single, accurate view of work in progress, including scope, owners, dependencies, capacity, delivery risks and key stakeholder expectations

- Leading quarterly, monthly and ongoing capacity planning

- Identifying bottlenecks, resourcing risks and delivery changes early

- Supporting the implementation of approved workflow, tooling, automation and process improvements

The ideal candidate will have:

- 5+ years of experience in traffic management, workflow coordination, creative operations, production operations or resource management

- Strong understanding of creative, content and production workflows

- Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects, deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Strong capability in workflow planning, scheduling, resource coordination and capacity tracking

Success in this role will be measured by:

- Efficient and consistent movement of work through the in-house agency

- High visibility and accuracy of work in progress, priorities, timelines, dependencies, team capacity and delivery risks

- Effective coordination of workload, resource allocation and scheduling

- Reduction in workflow bottlenecks, scheduling conflicts, rework and avoidable delivery delays
