## Compensation

$129.6K – $140.4K

## Team Overview

The TechOps team is the technical foundation of Plaid, owning systems, tools, and infrastructure relied on by every employee. They approach corporate infrastructure as an engineering problem, focusing on automation, reliability, and scalability.

## Role Overview

As a Corporate Engineer, you'll participate in the on-call rotation and contribute to building, improving, and owning systems critical to Plaid's operations. You'll work closely with Security, Engineering, and People teams to ensure Plaid's internal environment is secure, scalable, and ready for growth.

## Responsibilities

- Own and improve Okta configuration, including lifecycle policies, access reviews, MFA enforcement, and Workflows automation

- Manage endpoint configuration via Iru or Kandji, prioritizing policy-as-code and version-controlled configurations

- Develop automation to reduce repetitive support burden

- Evaluate, deploy, and support AI tooling for improved productivity

- Manage SaaS procurement and renewals for systems owned by the team

- Support company-wide SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, Linear, Slack, and Okta

- Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and GTM teams on cross-functional projects

- Work from the office 3 days per week

## Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience supporting large fleets of macOS devices

- Experience with mobile device management for Apple devices (Iru, Intune, or Workspace One)

- Experience with configuration as code (Terraform)

- Proficiency in Bash or Python scripting

- Experience with Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools

- Familiarity with major central business and development systems

- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and Linear or Jira

_Preferable qualifications:_

- Experience working in a high-growth environment with broad ownership across internal systems
