Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to provide five-star service at pace.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us.

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers.

- Utilise digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience.

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store.

Requirements:

- Be 18 years of age or older.

- Thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused during busy periods.

- Be digitally confident and able to use our digital tools effectively.

- Flexible and able to work across various areas of the store.
