## Description

The Solutions Engineer is a revenue-facing technical leader who partners with assigned salespeople to make opportunities winnable. This person leads discovery, solution design, technical validation, demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, competitive positioning, and clear follow-through.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Partner with salespeople as technical co-pilots to design Logitech solutions that address customer goals and environments

- Lead technical discovery, solution design, and demonstrations to validate Logitech solutions

- Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and technical decision-makers

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate customer-driven insights and influence future product development

- Maintain visibility of technical work, risks, decisions, and outcomes in Salesforce and other company systems

**Requirements:**

- Experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting in IT/AV

- Deep understanding of video collaboration solutions (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Webex)

- Strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, security configurations, and cloud-based collaboration tools

- Excellent communication, presentation, and demonstration skills

**Salary:** $150K - $236K OTE (base + variable bonus)
