## Description

Anthropic is hiring a Product Support Specialist in Sydney to serve as a champion of their unique support brand. The successful candidate will respond to user support cases, investigate and track user needs, provide high-touch support to strategic customers, and help identify and close gaps in the team's technical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

- Become an expert in all Anthropic products

- Respond to user support cases with varying complexity

- Communicate clearly and empathetically with users

- Manage on-call tasks for high-urgency user issues

- Prioritize and adapt to an evolving product landscape

- Partner with engineers and teammates to diagnose and resolve user issues

- Suggest and drive improvements to increase user satisfaction

- Uplevel the team's technical knowledge

Requirements:

- Experience in providing technical product support

- Familiarity with APIs and technical SaaS products

- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced situations

- Strong user empathy and expert support case management

- Crisp and kind written communication skills

- Persistent and curious with a deep sense of ownership

Logistics:

- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Required field of study: Relevant to the role

- Minimum years of experience: Correlates with internal job level requirements

- Location-based hybrid policy: 25% office time
